Can we sign an NDA first?
Yes. Send yours over, or ask and I will provide a standard mutual NDA. Either way, nothing you share is discussed elsewhere.
How does VAT work for EU clients?
I invoice with a valid VIES-registered VAT number, so business clients in other EU member states are billed under the intra-community reverse charge. Romanian clients are invoiced with local VAT.
Is my project too small?
Probably not. Short, well-defined pieces of work — an integration, an audit, a store submission — are welcome alongside larger builds.
I already have a codebase and a developer who left.
That is a common starting point. The first step is usually a paid review: what state it is in, what it would cost to stabilise, and whether continuing is cheaper than rebuilding.
